I had an interview with the recruiter who was fabulous and kept me up-to-date in the process. I then met with a hiring manager who chewed gum the whole time and was curt, aloof and was not interested in me or my background. It was obvious she never saw my resume and didn't ask great questions. What a truly horrible experience and a waste of time. This company needs to realize that I'm also interviewing them and my time is just as important.
