ZERO respect for people's time, and no decency. I had an interview that went very well, and then was completely ghosted for weeks/months after by HR. Countless follow-up emails, and not one response. If you don't want to move forward with a candidate or don't have the budget for this position. PLEASE take the 3 minutes to write an email back.
