I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had a phone call with the recruiter, then had a zoom interview with the VP. Loved the people I talked with and felt the entire process was done super efficiently and effectively. They were honest about their expectations. Seems like a
good company to work for.

I appreciate the efficiently of getting back to me and getting in for an interview so quickly. That was great, but during the interview it felt like upper management was correcting the other manager quite a bit and I felt uncomfortable for them. They also wanted me to start the next day and it all felt very rushed and that was a red flag for me. It didn't feel like there was going to be any work life balance. They already mentioned if we need to get things done, we expect you to stay later to get it done. Just felt off about the whole thing.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had while seeking employment. The first red flag was that they never asked for my resume, and then they claimed they had been reading it. They said they needed an extremely high level of attention to detail to work with their company and yet they themselves lacked any and all attention to detail in their emails. They said the interview would be at 12:30 AM, and I had to follow up and be sure they meant 12:30 PM. If I asked 2 questions they only answered 1. They made me create the zoom invitation for them for my interview, which I found very strange. In the actual interview, I did not get asked about any of my skills or experience at all but rather was only badgered about how I needed to be willing to make a large time commitment to the company if they were to hire me and how if I had a "dream job" or any view for my future outside this company I would not be a good fit. I got verbally offered the position and was told I had 3 days to sign the contract and return it. I then did not get the formal offer until 2 days later leaving me only 1 day to look over it and return it. The offer only included the pay and I had to ask to learn what any of the benefits were. The reviews on here I had read were true in that you only get 6 days of vacation all year which is pretty poor. However, the real issue for me arose when I discovered that they had no respect for what was meant to be your "days off" and would really require you to come in whenever they wanted without paid overtime. They told me I would need to come in every week on what was meant to be my day off, for 2 hours for COVID testing. This is in addition to weekly COVID testing that would occur on a day I did work. When I expressed that requiring me to come in on my day off every week for COVID testing meant it really was not a day off and if that was true I would no longer be interested in the position, they replied back in a completely unprofessional and rude manner. I would advise anyone thinking of working for this company to heed my warning and really think if they find this company a good fit.

Will you really stay here and work all the holidays and weekends? Are you really telling the truth? How do I know you mean that?
