HR interview, followed up by online test and technical interview. I didn't like the HR part. While I understand they are non-technical staff, they seemed pretty clueless regarding the role and what it entails. They were also pushy asking about my previous salary, basically threatening that the process will not go further if I am unwilling to share this information. Online test was multiple choice. A lot of questions had code snippets and you needed to say what the code does. Tech interview was a pretty chill conversation. They seem to decide on what to ask on the go, so don't mention anything you are not sure about, as you might be asked to go into detail. It contained a case study.

Entrevista
I had no interview. I received a link to schedule an interview, when I clicked on the link, I received 'Hmmm, the interview is not needed anymore..'. I received a separate mail from HackerRank, apparently to do a C++ test. I received no information from the recruiter. I took the test, after 2 days, I received a mail from OMP that they will move forward with other candidates that they feel are a better fit. I have no feedback about the test. I sent a mail to the recruiter @omp.com to ask for some feedback and if I can apply for other open positions, up to now I had no answer.
