Met with HR manager. Was a very friendly two-way convesation. Given the nature of the role was very unique, they took time walking me through the job description in detail. Job went to internal candidate ultimately but kept me informed of process and communicated quickly on outcome.

Three interviews in total The first interview was 1:1 with hiring manager; length was 1 hour. The second and third: group interviews with 2-3 execs/peers; length was 30-45 minutes. Was ghosted after the entire experience.
Just behaviour and management style questions. The interview with VP was only 30 mins. I didn’t move on to the next round but it wasn’t easy to gauge what they are looking for specifically. Job specific accountabilities we’re vague.
