I applied online, initially for an Entry Level EE role. I received a prompt response suggesting that I may be better suited for the Embedded Software role. In the first round, I spoke with a project manager and a software manager. This was a screening interview, where we chatted about the role, the company and my own experience. The second round was a group interview where I spoke with the software team. It was here that I was asked detailed questions about my technical background and my education and projects that I've worked on. Finally I had a conversation with the CEO , where we had a very frank discussion about the pros and cons of working at a company like Ologic. After this I received an offer, which I accepted
