Entrevista
Met with recruiter first, which was fine. Next day the meeting was set with the director. The recruiter sent an email just when then meeting was about to start that the director will be late 15 mins and if it was okay. Director ended up being 25 minutes late, talked almost the entire time, and didn’t leave any opening for there to be a genuine conversation. It was supposed to be 45 minutes but ended up being less than half the time - as they still ended it at the scheduled time.
Highly unprofessional overall. Very disrespectful of my time and a bit unfriendly, to be honest. Didn’t seem interested in having a conversation, just talked at me for 20 minutes and seemed checked out when I spoke or asked a question.

The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by two rounds of interviews with the marketing team. They focused heavily on analytical thinking, campaign planning, and my experience with cross-functional collaboration. Overall, the process was structured but quite challenging, with several scenario-based questions requiring quick, strategic responses.
