Deb contacted me via email to set a time and date. At arrival, most of the employees welcomed me. The interview was relaxed but focused and went smoothly. She even offered me a water which was kind as I forgot my bottle in the car. Instead of an interview, it felt more like a daily conversation with a friend. It's awesome that she has these people skills to make a person feel comfortable when talking to her.
