Admittedly, I was under-experienced -- probably too much for the position of director, but it became clear during the interview that they were in a desperate situation and were looking for a miracle, quite frankly. They wanted someone to raise $100,000/month...I wonder if they ever found that superhero. Besides, it was obvious there were other problems I didn't want to be around.
