It was a pleasant experience and I have enjoyed my time with the interviewers. Questions were half behavioural and half technical, so some research is definitely needed before entering the interview
first is hirevue, second is HR, third is hiring manager, last is head of department. no technical questions really asked, more of willingness to learn for junior role, culture fit questions, that is about it actually
- saw opening in linkedin and apply
- receive Human Resource call after apply in 1 week to schedule interview
- 1 round interview with managers and market risk head

A few rounds with all the team leads followed by the head, depending on who is available. Mixed of technical aspects for the different asset classes and your hobbies/interests. Why the switch? Not too technical.
