The interview gave me the impression that they weren’t seriously looking to fill the position. It felt more like an exploratory conversation, as if they were just surveying the talent pool or keeping their options open rather than actively hiring. There was a lack of urgency or clear direction, which made it seem like they were more curious about who’s available than committed to making a decision.

Started with E-mail, Phone call from Dan to set up meeting, Off-site (1 on 1) interview with principle. In office interview with 5 OAC Employees that lasted roughly 2 hours.
