Walked in. Talked to store manager for about 15 to 20 min. about my experience and the job requirements. The manager hired me on the spot and submitted my paperwork for approval from corporate office while I was there.

The importance of being able to jump in where needed proficiency. The importance of team work and giving a "hand up" to team members who may need.
