First thing to do is apply online then call in or go to your local store in person. (they don't have applications at the store) Once you apply online a store manager can start the interview process, depending position a drug test may be required. Relatively easy place to get into with basic automotive knowledge sometimes even less.

It took a while for me to get an interview with the store manager but other than that everything else went smoothly and he had approved of me, even told me he wanted me on the team with one reason being that I was bilingual with Spanish and English.

All of these auto-parts stores around Mercer county West Virginia are a complete and total joke to work at. Got hired, told my pay was gonna be 14.00 an hour then somehow it became 12.00 an hour, the boss and assistant boss were on a total power trip, putting their fingers in peoples faces, talking nasty, to other employees, making inappropriate comments about younger girls. It was a sh*t show.
