Applied online and was called for an interview after about two weeks. Met with the store manager that day. Was also questioned by another store manager then tested on alphanumeric codes. The manager went over the store policies and compensation package. Offered the job that day.

Basic car knowledge, asking about car parts, previous experiences, and personal questions like hobbies, and stuff like that. The interview goes by very smoothly, first is a manger interview, then a DM interview, nothing to dificult.
A matching test with numbers about 5 digits long.
