Phone call with human resources describing position and next round of interview. Had next round of interview with Director 30 minutes no real meaningful questions which led me to believe they already had a candidate before the interview ever started and were trying to check the boxes of interviewing 3 people before making a decision. Why do companies keep wasting potential candidates time.
