there was reaally no interview process, the outside salesman knew me from my former job and I was hired on his reccomendation. I went immediately to work without requiring any training except the computer system. Everything else came naturally to me since I had done this for 26 years prior to my employment with O'Reilly.

The current Iss told the manager he wanted me because I know my stuff. Didn't do anything but a meet and greet and talk about what I'd want for pay.
