Initial interview- phone interview with HR. HR called from US. It was a general behavioral questions interview. HR requested me to send some project portfolios at the end of the interview. Second interview - On-site with Regional CI Manager. After a couple of time changes due to flight cancellations, CI manager met with me on-site. The interview was filled with questions from resume and general questions about implementing lean in organizations. Third interview - On-site with the plant management team. Plant management interview went well. It was questions about my previous experience in handling change management in a unionised environment (which I did not have). Therefore was not considered for the position. Overall, good experience with the interview process. HR helped me throughout the process and was great in responding back with emails. Plant management was flexible to reschedule interviews as Per my request.
