Heard about role via Networking group. Applied online day it was posted. Under normal circumstances, I would never have completed the online app; it was way too detailed, but since I knew about the role & the hiring manager, I did. Phone interview with HR was followed by interview with Hiring Mgr (Director), two weeks later, met with VP. One week later, met with VP of HR. Process took several months.
