Took 2.5 weeks in total. I applied online through Glassdoor on a work day for a position of Senior Frontend, Full Stack Engineer on Engineering (Research & Development) team in Toronto, ON. I got a response in 3 hours from a recruiting coordinator and scheduled a meeting over Zoom with an Engineering manager. That was followed up by take-home engineering task, which I found easy in relation to what tech companies usually ask you. Once that was done & reviewed, Nylas scheduled a meeting day with a total of 4 interviews (Career, Project, Live coding, Culture/Close). Career part had some leadership and behavioral questions. I hijacked Project interview to talk about interesting problems I solved in the past :). Live coding was an extremely pleasant and chill coding session, again, much easier if you compare it to other companies' live coding. And during Culture / Close I was just super happy with how live coding went, so it was also a pleasant experience. I have also shared some feedback about the interview process since it was a closing session. Shortly after (early next day I believe) I got an offer, which I accepted.
