However, when I tried to contact NxtGen Datacenter Cloud Technologies to confirm my joining date, I was met with complete silence. Despite repeated follow-ups via calls, emails, and even visiting their office in person, I was blatantly ignored. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. They misled me into resigning from my job without any intention of providing an offer letter, leaving me in a difficult and precarious position. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company, as they clearly have no regard for the time, effort, and careers of potential candidates.
