I saw the posting online and followed the directions by sending a resume to their corporate office. I was called by a guy name Dan who asked me a ton of questions in what he called a phone screening. I was then contacted by a representative of the Madontown location who asked me to come in for a 1 on 1 interview. I went in for the interview and was hired on the spot pending my background checks.
