Entrevista
I just came into the office and met with a variety of people. Very casual, but sometimes formal. It is important to read how the interviewer wants to be in terms of formality. Come prepared with research done as well as answers to why you want to work at Nuveen. Mostly was behavioral for my department (sales).
Inititally applied online. Got invited to a phone screen with the recruiter. This was followed by an additional interview with a VP and Associate on the team. The interviews were more behavioral and were tailored to why I wanted to join the team and company. Whole process took about a month and was efficient.
contacted for assessment centre and then had some interviews with some senior members of staff, very friendly and enjoyable and not that stressful. a group case too. had to work with others and it was enjoyable
