Applied online, received a phone call about a week or two later for phone interview. Then an in person invite (Tuesday). I showed up and the first person I spoke to was nice. He asked me to describe my career and background etc typical stuff...THE SECOND INTERVIEWER NEVER SHOWED UP. I sat in the room for close to 40 minutes before the hiring manager walked in!! i was close to walking out before he came...stuff happens i get it, he explained the situation. I nailed the onsite with the hiring manager, I felt really good about it when I left. The following Monday the recruiter called me back that they are putting together an offer for me, which I was super excited about! HERE'S WHERE IT WENT SOUTH...the next day they called / emailed that they are actually still deciding between me and another candidate. The day after that they called they are going with the other person because he is a better cultural fit. Please don't get peoples hopes up if you aren't 100% making an offer..I am fine with the rejection just not the way the whole thing was handled. Be wary of this place and it's incompetent recruiters.
