3 Months, 2 Skill tests, No Interview. One of the worst application experiences, It's not professional to drag applicants along for 3 months and require 2 skill tests without ever interviewing! And all for a part-time job. There is no reasonable explanation why it would take 3 months to hire a part-time researcher. I'm really disappointed in this organization. After devoting hours to completing two skill tests, they don't even have the respect to speak to me in an interview. It says a lot about what the staff in charge of hiring.
