Very welcoming casual interview. Questions were asked about experience, ambitions etc. A chance to get to know the company and what their vision is and see if the candidate is the right fit for the forward thinking company. Knowledge of the industry is very important. The right attitude and the right individual mean more than the experience level but an drive to learn is also important.
