The interview process is lengthy. Initially, there’s a Google Meet video screening with a Recruiter (People & Talent Manager). Next, there’s a Google Meet interview with the Assistant Hiring Manager. Then, there’s a CX Writing Assessment that has to be completed and returned within 24 hours. Overall, the culture and the people that I was fortunate enough to speak with was good. However, it’s quite a bit to go through over a two week process to be informed that the company has decided to move on with a different candidate. I’m not exactly sure if f I would have received an email about the company’s decision had I not followed up with the (Recruiter) People & Talent Manager if I didn’t email that individual first, but because I did receive a response back it’s better than no response at all.

Describe a time that I didn’t complete a task correctly and how did I respond to a coaching (or follow up) conversation that my supervisor had with me? Describe in detail my favorite collaborating experience? How long have I been working remotely— what do I like most? What do I like least? What interest me in Nutrafol? What skills would I like to share (or highlight)?

Glad I at least didn't get dragged through the exercise and third interview before getting rejected like other people. The job is an insanely basic customer support role and I found it laughable after the phone screen that I would potentially have to be two to three more interviews plus an exercise. Not to diminish people who work in customer support but that's pretty ridiculous. Did a basic screener interview and then an interview with the head of the CX team, who seemed utterly checked out the entire time. Unsurprised I got a generic rejection email next day.
