I interviewed with Nutanix in 2021. The process was very lengthy. There is no proper response from Recruiter during the process. After I went through their entire process they did not communicate anything back to me. On calling the recruiter, she said, she is still waiting for the feedback and will get back to me in a day of two. That has never happend yet. Interviewing with this company is waste of time. I wanted to write the name of the contact person I have but not writing it. Please don't engage people in your interview process, rather train your recruiters first. Pathetic, just pathetic!

Hr never told me, for what position I am interviewed for. On asking manager, it was told multiple positions are open and I should not be worried about position. Later I received an email of successful completion of interview was offered a position same as my current position with a hike. Hike was lower than my expectations. Then 4 weeks later they told, my feedbacks are average so they will offer lower position than my current position. Company sucks in transperancy and professionalism.
