They question only what they want, ofcourse that's the requirement of the opening. But they select wrong candidates. I never had experience in protocol testing nor SMB/NFS/FC/.... which mentioned exactly same in resume. But they scrutinized in panel round on them even when I claim that I cannot answer them. Interviewer just walked out, no professionalism. What if I have asked him PCIe protocol questions which he never worked. Jerks in Nutanix.

The process started with a technical screening round involving multiple coding questions. Was expecting 2 questions in this round, but got 3 and the round went 30 mins over time. Second round was based solely on Kubernetes, theoretical and one coding question. Couldn't clear round two.
