Everyone I spoke with, from engineering to leadership, demonstrated genuine passion for the product and a strong sense of ownership. There is a clear emphasis on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
The management team made a particularly strong impression. They communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, and create an environment where engineers are trusted to make decisions. It’s refreshing to see leaders who are approachable, technically strong, and deeply invested in the success and well‑being of their teams.
