Screening call with a recruiter, then a technical interview. The technical interview was nice in that they provide access to the coderpad ahead of time. I wish they'd go the rest of the way and do away with that sort of pointless exercise, but they at least acknowledge that writing code with someone watching under a time crunch isn't the best way to showcase your skills. They're going to ghost you after your interview if you're rejected, though, which is beyond rude. They only responded to me to say no once I emailed them a week later to see what was going on. Zero useful feedback was provided, just the usual canned response.
