I had a phone screen followed by a technical screen. The technical was your average leetcode-type coding question. I thought I did well on the technical screen - would have passed by most standards, but over a week later I got a rejection email. It was a bit upsetting that it took so long for them to get back to me just to reject me. Also, why would they put me through the trouble of interviewing if they were just going to reject me even if I did well? They must have extremely high standards or a poor understanding of who they need.
