The interview was scheduled for a 45min phone screen. But time is quite limited compared to what the interviewer asked. It included background introduction on both sides and several technical questions and several coding tests. The interview was not well prepared and the interviewer' descriptions about technical questions and coding questions were not clear. Given that the candidate needs to solve all the questions in such a short time, It seems that the interviewer just assumed you are clear about questions and can solve it very quickly even without understanding, thinking and asking. Overall, not good interview experience. Personally, for any future interview like this, I will refuse to take to save time.
