Phone interview with internal recruiter, technical screen. Had to sign an NDA before the technical screen so I'll keep it to broad strokes of what I knew beforehand. My talk with the recruiter was positive. Got a lot of detailed answers to my questions. Follow-up scheduling was well-organized and smooth despite working with different time zones. Technical screen was scheduled for an hour long. I will say I should have listened to the other reviewer here who said studying leetcode was a good idea. I didn't think a senior position would have a technical screening like that, so I studied other things that I thought would round out my skills for the position. I was wrong. The technical interviewer was polite and pleasant, unlike what some other reviews indicated. I did not advance past the technical screening (I don't study brain teasers, I write code and solve real-world problems, so I didn't get the most efficient answer to the puzzle.) If I had advanced past the technical screening I was told that the next steps would be a virtual onsite series of interviews, some technical and some not. Overall my experience was positive although I was disappointed with the technical screening choice. I'm not sure it is my idea of the best format for finding senior technical talent, but they're entitled to their choices and I'm sure had enough applicants that they could filter people down that way. Nuna seems like a good company that values its people, so I'd say it's worth a shot if you're considering an interview. Good luck!
