The interview with the recruiter was wonderful. I also did well on the take home exams. It was clear during the interview that I knew more about value based care than the hiring manager. Although I thought we had a constructive discussion, I was given none nonsensical reasons on why they did not want to move forward. Stay away unless you do not want to work with people that have an inferiority complex.
