First I had a really easy interview with a recruiter, it was basically a recap of my resume. Then they sent an online cognitive assessment (timed) and personality assessment (untimed). At the same time as that, I had an interview with the hiring manager for the position.

Recruiter Phone Screen Filmed/Recorded Aptitude Personality Assessment 45 min call with hiring manager Case study presentation to panel of 4 employees, excluding hiring manager. I really enjoyed my conversation with the hiring manager. I think it asks a lot of potential candidates to take the time to do a mock case study that is purely subjective given the data you are provided. I think a better test of a candidates strengths would be to ask for specific data, cross tabs, and cluster analyses given the study. Some incomplete raw data, tabulations that don't include all necessary information, and the inability to manipulate the crosstabs and data in the 10+ excel sheets was just tedious, timely, and unnecessary and not a true measure of the candidates ability given what they provide you with and expect. I also thought the employee that lead the panel for the case study was very condescending.
