First round with lead or senior designer. Second round with Lead Project Manager. Last round has design challenge followed by a panel review with the team which requires a presentation. After the presentation, there was crickets. Once a week had passed, I had to inquire on my status only to discover I had fallen through the cracks. Had I not followed up, I may have been ghosted.
