7 different interviews across 4 or so different rounds. Just interviewing with engineering managers, product people, cross-functional people, etc.
Didn't get an offer after interview 7 due to not being "senior enough" which I feel they should have figured out in interview 2 or 3 at a minimum.
Everyone I talked to was a delight though (especially the DoP and TPM I spoke with!) and it seemed like the company was headed in a solid direction with good leadership. The recruiter was also super helpful and responsive. The ending of course was confusing and frustrating, but the process was really well put together and gave me a good view of the company and role.
