My recent encounter with Numerade left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. After a seemingly positive interview process, I received an email stating that I would receive a verbal offer, which naturally brought excitement and anticipation. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into confusion and frustration when I received another email notifying me that they had chosen a different candidate. The lack of consistent communication throughout the recruitment process was deeply unsettling. It is crucial for companies to be transparent and considerate when dealing with potential employees, as it directly impacts their perception of the company’s values and culture. Having invested time, effort, and emotional energy into the interviews, it was difficult to accept the abrupt change of direction without any explanation or feedback. Such an experience can leave candidates feeling undervalued and overlooked. I strongly believe that every candidate deserves to be treated with respect and honesty. Unfortunately, my encounter with Numerade fell short of these expectations. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback, prompting the company to reevaluate its recruitment practices and strive for a more empathetic and professional approach in the future. While this was my personal experience with Numerade, I sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously to improve their hiring process for all candidates.
