The initial process was quite fast, but some steps were quite redundant and time consuming. During the interview, a lot of repeated questions, plus a lot of emphasis placed on experiences that happened many years back rather than the most recent ones. Interviewers did not seem to understand my questions at times as well, and similarly, I was not able to understand some of their questions even when I asked for clarification. Was told that I would be notified about the results the next day, but did not hear back for some time. So I took the proactive step to withdraw instead because I do not believe in their HR processes and structure, at least with the way it currently is.
