Ich hatte insgesamt 4 Bewerbungsgespräche: Mit der HR Managerin, meinen Managern, dem Teamlead und dem Managing Director. Alle Gespräche waren freundlich und wertschätzend. Eher kurz und allerdings sehr repetitiv. Die vier Gespräche haben den Prozess sehr in die länge gezogen.

The process lasted more than a month and each interview lasted about 45 minutes.
Everyone from the company was very nice and open and they usually responded fast to my emails

they have changed the postion to a a manger role after I've applied, but I have been interviewed anyway but for no position. they told me that they have no open positions for the languages that I speak which they can also see from my resume.
