Interviewing with Nugget was easily the smoothest hiring process I’ve experienced. Within an hour of submitting my application for a Courtesy Clerk position at Nugget, I received a response from Anne, the hiring manager. The following day, I had my first interview over the phone. The phone interview was seamless. Anne asked me to introduce myself, share my interest in Nugget, and discuss my relevant experience. She also provided an overview of the company, the role’s responsibilities, and the benefits offered. Immediately afterward, she scheduled a final interview for me with the store director, Julie. Speaking with Julie felt like chatting with a friend—her warm, conversational approach made the interview feel relaxed and genuine. She had me walk through my resume, reflect on my favorite recent role, and encouraged me to consider other departments where I could see myself growing.
