Had two phone screens, then an onsite. They treat you well there in person, 1/2 of your interview is going into Corvallis for lunch with the interview team, which in my case consisted of most of the PCM's team, then a team interview at the office, then a couple of one on one's with the hiring manager and the senior PCE's on his team.
