Very interactive and quick responses. I applied on a Wednesday and had a phone interview that night with Talent Acquisition. I had an Onsite Interview the next day with the HR Director of the division and a plant tour/interview on Saturday with the Plant Engineer. The following Monday I had the last phone screen with the HR Director of the parent company. I was thoroughly impressed with each person I spoke with, their humbleness, innovative thinking, and knowledge of the brand. I was offered the role and had the intention of accepting and starting the challenge; however, my current company asked me to stay and negotiated terms that were more relevant to my current and short term goals (1-3 years). I would highly recommend Novolex as a potential company to work for and have nothing negative to say about their employees or hiring process.
