First interview was with a recruiter over a phone call and the next one was a final round one hour interview with a team on zoom. The senior on the team told me I had answers that they were looking for and that she wish she could give me an answer right now but had to figure out logistics with hr and higher up and to reach out if I don’t get an answer by the recruiter by the end of the week. When I reached out she never responded and ghosted me.

What’s is something about yourself that you’re currently working on ?
Phone-screening with recruiter, then followed up by an interview with manager/partner. Simple questions, nothing difficult. Expect the typical interview questions such as time management. Only one accounting type question regarding a journal entry.

The first interview was with the recruiter, a 20-minute phone call, followed by a 2 hour interview with 3 people, two managers and a partner. 30 minutes each with the managers and 1 hour with the partner. Just be prepared and confidence in your answers. Also, have good questions lined up for them.
