Hands down the worst interview I have ever attended. Phone screen went well and was invited for an onsite. Group members did not seem excited about their projects and did not give strong answers when I asked about the company culture. When I asked one director about his department and their work, he flat out told me "My title is on the schedule in front of you. I'm conducting this interview". Another director blatantly crossed things off my resume when I told her I had experience with a technique but was not an SME or anything. Never got reimbursed for local travel expenses by HR. Just an overall bad experience.

Entrevista
Phone interview- was brief and asked general questions regarding why work for novavax, why this position and more about by previous experience.
In person Interview- Interviewed with multiple individuals. Interview process was rushed and unorganized. I did not get enough time with the interviewers to ask the questions i wanted to ask.
