The interview process was your standard one on one. They first call you and ask if you could meet with them at a certain time. The receptionist said she would send out an employee application form and highly encouraged me to fill it out before coming in. I waited 1 day and the form never got sent. I called and asked for the form and I was told it would be sent within 30 mins. Never got it. By the time I arrived for my interview, they asked if i completed the form...I said no because it was never sent. Wasted 15 mins filling out something you could find on my resume. Pay offer was 13 dollars/hr.
