The hiring manager emailed saying I would be a great candidate and asking for me to complete an assessment. I emailed asking for an update on 2 occasions and waited 4 weeks ( due to the manager stating they were waiting on assessments from other applicants) and the manager never interviewed me and replied by saying more experience was needed. I replied and explained I have nearly 20 yrs experience. The career page now states I was interviewed and not hired however I was never even given the opportunity to have an phone interview. The hiring manager must have confused my application with another applicant. Very unprofessional and negative experience.
