Novant Health will email you first to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. The phone interview takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The next step is a virtual interview with management. They will ask you questions about why Novant Health instead of other hospitals.

It was a job fair style interview. We were in an auditorium and we interviewed for our top 3 units. We would wait until our name was called and we would come down and be interviewed by the nurse manager and assistant nurse manager.
