It was fair, moderate not so difficult, the interview was friendly environment nice interviewer, it took almost 45 minute, oral questions and paper questions it took place in Ottawa, it was 2016 August, in Head Quarter

Interviewed in a cramped dingy conference room by two employees who did not have the authority to make a decision. The decision maker was supposed to be there but didn't show. The questions they asked were bizarre. They asked technical questions about imaginary scenarios that they could not answer clarifying questions about. Their questions did not relate to real-world scenarios. It was unlike any of the many other interviews I've done. I walked away with the feeling they had a very weak grip on the technical subject matter and even less of an understanding of how the interview process is supposed to work. Reading the reviews here it makes sense now. I already had another offer when I interviewed which I took after I left.
