Applied online with my CV. Some days after, I was invited to an interview in the company's office. It lasted no more than 30 minutes and it was 10 of us.

It's all about general knowledge (price of the u$s and £, next olympic games, capital of Scotland, some basic math accounts, about you, the company and its competitors, (straights and weaknesses, situations, etc).
